Manyou Chouonpa Onsen is located at Togura Kamiyamada Onsen in Chikuma city.
Have you ever tried other Onsens ?
If you have done and gotten used to Onsen,
you should try this Onsen.
The most reason I asked you
the above question is that:
This Onsen's temperature is relatively hot.
But if you want to go through
this great Onsen,
you should try it definitely.
On opening the door and entering the bathroom, you must be surprised at
smells of Sulfur like rotting eggs
and big sounds of bubbled water.
Onsens with smells of sulfur are rare and
Togura Kamiyamada Onsen is renowned for its unique water quality, which is so popular for people from a lot of visitors.
Also, there is a jacuzzi : "a large indoor bath that makes hot water move in strong currents around your body".(from definition of Longman)
You can enjoy it by sitting on the bottom, hugging your knees to your chest or sitting on and stretch your legs and arms.
Also, there is an outdoor bath.
Its water's temperature is a little bit more lukewarm than indoor one.
When you are getting hot, you should go there and make your body cool.
Access
Manyou Chouonpa Onsen is quite far from
Togura-Station, so I recommend you go by your car. If you don't have your car,
you should use buses from Togura Station.
I think this table is difficult to see ...
On the way
①use Shinano Railway from Ueda Station to
Togura Station.
②use buses from Togura Station.
You should get off at the nearst bus stop to the Onsen :Seven Eleven Togura ten
(convenience store).
Buses bound for Seven Eleven Togura ten
leave at (8:57,10:34,11:59,13:59,15:59,).
On the way
back
①use buses from the same station that
you got off on the way: Seven Eleven Togura-ten. Buses bound for Togura-Station leave at (9:14,10:41,12:06,14:31,16:24,18:04).
You must get off at Togura-Station.
②use Shinano railway bound for Ueda Station and get off at Ueda Station.
