Feel Hot spring's great cosmetic effect through bathing
Sasarano-yu is highly renowned for its an amazing cosmetic effect,
especially for women: you needn't bring any cosmetics because of Onsen.
It is no exaggeration to say that Sasarano-yu has much better cosmetic effects than any other hot springs in Ueda area.
Once you touch the water, you must be suprised! Its water is slippery and makes your skin smoother than before bathing.
After bathing and coming to your home,
you can find your skin having more moisture and silky texture.
Comment from person who actually experienced
As one of the foreigners who don’t have Onsen culture in their countries, going to Japan does not necessarily means going to Onsen every day, but it is basically what I would think every time I go to Japan. Being fortunate enough, I had the chance went to some big Onsens in Nagano Pref.
And one of them is called Sasara no Yu. According to my boyfriend that place has good cosmetic effects to skins: imagine hopping a nice and warm bath with exfoliating plus moisturizing effects. This place does not only have some big indoor baths, but also an outdoor one. There’s a path made up with pebbles, as I was in the hot spring, I saw some ladies walking on the stones then quickly hopped into hot springs. Maybe it was good for blood circulation? I had no clue to find out why but tried the same thing, do in Rome as Romam does, right?
Same with many Onsens in Japan, Sasara no Yu got valuable price plus four vending machines for you to use after taking baths. Personally, I strongly recommend coffee milk; it’s just one of the best drinks that I can think about.
How to access
Sasarano-yu is located in western part of Ueda, so it's too far from Central Ueda on foot or by bike. I recommend you drive there.
If you don't have a car, you should use buses from Ueda Station to Sasara no yu.

Buses to Sasara no yu is quite limited.
Buses are in service only weekday!!
The last bus that you can go back to
Ueda Station 17:28! Just bear in mind that
you have to ride buses which leave at
11:44,14:44 so that you can take your time.
